We accept RICS HomeBuyer Report instructions from HomeBuyers, Home Owners, and their Agents; and are registered by HMRC for Money Laundering Supervision.
Our RICS HomeBuyer Reports are prepared by an RICS Registered Valuer, and strictly comply with the RICS Professional Standards, the RICS HomeBuyer Report (Survey & Valuation) Professional Statement, and the International Valuation Standard 101 Scope of Work, para 20.3.(k).
We will agree with you at the outset of your instruction a Contract Letter setting out our Terms of Engagement and Professional Fees, attached to (i) an RICS Home Survey Information Sheet, and (ii) a Description of the RICS HomeBuyer (Survey & Valuation) Service.
We are independant from credit decision processes, objective, and may not have a conflict of interest.
Our RICS HomeBuyer Service includes:
(i) An inspection of the property,
(ii) A report based upon the inspection,
(iii) A Market Valuation, and Reinstatement Cost Estimate.
The purpose of the RICS HomeBuyer Service is to inform our overall opinion of whether or not the property is a reasonable proposition at the agreed or suggested price, if any.
