We provide Feasibility Assessments, and can test multiple mixed-use scenarios through sensitivity analyses, by Residual Valuation and Discounted Cash Flow.
We will agree with you at the outset of your instruction, our Terms of Engagement. We are independant, objective, and may not have a conflict of interest.
Our Development Appraisals and Feasibility Studies are prepared by an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Senior Development Land Manager, and comply with the International Valuation Standards 101 Scope of Work, para 20.3.(k), and 410 Development Property.
We accept Development Appraisal and Feasibility Study instructions from Developers, Land Owners, Banks, Building Societies, Councils, Registered Providers, Homes England, and GLA.
