Fee Paid and Limited Liability

Our Limit of Professional Liability to you is calculated as half the square of the Fee Paid, and may not exceed £1,000,000. So for example, a Fee Paid of £500 (inclusive of Tax if applicable) will have a Limited Professional Liability of only £125,000 (i.e. 0.5 x (£500^2) = £125,000).
